Substantiated Child Abuse Reports for Humboldt County

The County of Humboldt has dedicated general fund dollars to ACEs prevention and resilience promotion grants since 2017 to fund community-driven projects by community-based organizations. Recent funding through the Family First Prevention Services Act has enhanced the provision of primary and secondary prevention services and programs to community-based organizations and tribes, in an effort to reduce the number of families entering the Child Welfare System and the number of children and youth entering foster care.
